Cleveland, Ohio (November 24, 2015) – Legal counselor Suzann Moskowitz celebrated her fifth year of business with more than 50 clients and friends at Piccadilly Creamery in Uptown. A Stanford-law trained attorney with more than 10 years of large firm and in-house experience, Moskowitz partners with individuals and businesses to identify and protect their intellectual property and handle a variety of contracts, with a strong focus on trademarks and brand identity.
A former associate at a large Cleveland law firm, Moskowitz started her own firm in 2010 out of a desire and client need for flexible, individual, and cost-realistic legal counsel. Over the past five years she has worked with more than 150 entrepreneurs and businesses.
“Having Suzann as our legal counselor is imperative to our firm,” said Julia Toke, managing partner of Susie Frazier, Inc., a high-end design company. “She understands our business demands, including tight turnarounds on trademark and copyright matters, and consistently delivers fairly priced and timely legal work.”
An engaged member of Cleveland’s community, Moskowitz is committed to promoting business connections for her clients. “Since the moment I decided to pursue my business Suzann has never let me down,” said Cal Al-Dhubaib, CEO of Triple Analytics, a startup that uses big data to help patients get the right treatment the first time. “She has gone above and beyond from helping my business navigate hospital relationships to meeting potential investors and fostering community connections. Congratulations on five years of incredible work in the community,” he continued.
Taking the opportunity to make client introductions isn’t new for Moskowitz. Over the past five years, she has hosted parties and events at client venues and featured client products and services, such as food catered by clients in the hospitality space and software demos by technology clients. “When I hear of my clients setting up meetings with each other, and not just trading business cards, I take immense pride in fostering a chain of true connections,” said Moskowitz.
A member of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Public Library Board of Trustees and recent graduate of Cleveland Bridge Builders, Moskowitz devotes pro bono time to Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and entrepreneurial associations including Bad Girl Ventures.
