Welcome Josh

I am very pleased to announce a major enhancement to The Moskowitz Firm: Joshua Fuchs.

If you’ve followed my journey or have been involved in a business dispute this year, you may already know my connection to The Fuchs Firm, and now we’ve decided to make it official.  Our clients will benefit from the efficiencies of a combined firm and the perks of direct legal collaboration.

Josh significantly expands TMF’s capabilities.  With a background in employment and business/IP litigation, Josh is a perfect partner for addressing the struggles of growing organizations.  In addition to his impressive academic achievements, state and federal court wins, and an endless run of Superlawyer® honors, he has overhauled the IT backend of multiple businesses.  He’s the only person I know who has served both as Editor-in-Chief of his Law Review and as a Best Buy’s Geek Squad guy.  If that wasn’t enough, he is also set to be sworn into New York’s State bar early this year.

TMF always strives to expand and improve the IP related services it provides.  We remain a woman-owned business, focused on a personal approach to protecting intangible assets like trademarks and copyrights.  However, we can now more seamlessly assist when disputes arise and counsel on a wider variety of related business issues.

Candidly, it took a pandemic to take this leap.  Lockdown with Josh brought me delicious baked goods, but also the realization that we have a compatible approach to the practice of law.  During that time, I also reflected on the successful family businesses I already work with and saw the upsides of partnering with one’s partner.
